We do not collect personally identifiable information when you use our app. This means that, unless you voluntarily provide us with your personally identifiable information, such as an email address or name, we will not know your name, your e-mail address, or any other personally identifiable information. There may be circumstances, however, where you voluntarily provide information to us, or where TIMI BZ, its partners or affiliates, may request information from you in order to provide certain requested Services.

In addition to personal information that may be collected from you, TIMI BZ may automatically collect certain technical information, including Media Access Control (“MAC”) address, mobile device identifiers (if used to access the Website or Services), International Mobile Equipment Identity (“IMEI”), and time-stamped logs of messages sent and received, and network status (WiFi, etc.) We collect this information in order to make the App and Services function correctly and to provide you with the content that you see on the App.
USING AND SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
The following paragraphs describe in more detail how TIMI BZ may use your personal information and with whom we may share it. Depending on the type of TIMI BZ App you are using, one or more of the paragraphs may apply. For example, if you order a product from a TIMI BZ app, your information will be handled as described in such paragraphs as Fulfilling Your Transaction Request and Marketing Use.
FULFILLING YOUR TRANSACTION REQUEST
If you request a Service from the TIMI BZ app, or for example, a callback, or specific marketing materials, we will use the information you provide to fulfil your request. To help us do this, we may share information with other service providers, or with other parts of TIMI BZ, TIMI BZ’ Business Partners, financial institutions, shipping companies, postal or government authorities (for example, U.S. or international Customs authorities for international shipments), or as otherwise required or permitted by law, as further detailed in our Disclosures Required By Law section below. The information you provide to TIMI BZ on certain TIMI BZ apps may also be used by TIMIBZ and selected third parties for marketing purposes. Before we use it, however, we will offer you the opportunity to choose whether or not to have your information used in this way. Additionally, you are always free to “opt-out” or “unsubscribe” from marketing lists, surveys or other email communications that we may occasionally send by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting that your email be removed from our emailing lists.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
The security of your information is important to us and if there are services on TIMI BZ apps that require you to enter personal information than that transmission of information will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
No method of electronic transmission of storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit or store in the Service.
You have a right to be informed of Personal Information processed by TIMI BZ, a right to rectification/correction, erasure, and restriction of processing. You also have the right to receive from TIMI BZ a structured, common and machine-readable format of Personal Information you provided to us.

You further agree that TIMI BZ shall not be held liable with respect to any loss and/or damage to your Personal Information if you choose to withdraw consent.

CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through our Service. Parents and guardians have an obligation to inform their minor children about safe and responsible handling of personal data. Minors are not allowed to give personal data without the consent of their parents or guardians. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us through our Service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Who we share your data with
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
